This site uses Contact Forms for you to request painting commissions or to contact us. While information like name, email address and telephone number are not directly stored on our server they are passed through email servers on the internet and the information will ultimately be stored on those servers.  If you don’t wish to have this information stored please contact us via our phone number 778-881-9012.

Booking forms

Booking Forms are used to register for Shiatsu Massages and Workshops will store personal information such as name, email address and phone number. If you don’t with to have this information stored please contact us via our phone number 778-881-9012 to book a massage or workshop.

If you use a booking form to register for a massage or workshop this information will be stored for up to 30 days after the event.

What rights you have over your data

If you use a booking form to register for a massage or workshop you can request that we provide you with any information that might be stored on our servers. We will endevour to provide you with any information within 7 business days.  You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

All efforts are made to protect your data including only allowing administrators access to sensitive information. Keeping the number of administrators to a minimum.  We require all our administrators to use strong passwords.  The website automatically updates WordPress core files and plugin files as soon as they are available.
